As chairman of the GOP's Senatorial Campaign Committee in , the Tennessean rushed from the Capitol after a late-night vote to speak to the group's annual meeting. So Log Cabin leaders were shocked when Frist declared last week that he "absolutely" supported a constitutional amendment to define marriage as a union between man and woman.
